From Our Family
to Your Table
In December 2022, Charlie Li—a Purdue University student—and his parents noticed something missing in Greater Lafayette: authentic handmade Chinese dumplings.
Drawing on recipes passed down through their family in China, they opened Bao Dumpling to share the flavors of home with their new community.
Every dumpling is still crafted by hand, just as it has been for generations.
